Glycine introduces a brand-new Dive watch collection, Sea Kraken. The Sea Kraken is a tribute to maritime heritage where it aims to bring modern precision and upgrades to classic designs. Classic designs tribute to maritime heritage

Under the box sapphire crystal lies a vintage aged white dial with a pilot-like display marked by the central cross. A combination of yellowed circular and baton indices is used, with only the 12 o'clock index being triangular. A white date wheel is located at 3 o'clock, a useful complication that does not mess up the proportions of the dial - thanks to it looking just like the indices on the dial. The hands are your typical arrow-like hands. Visibility at night will also not be a problem, as the Sea Kraken features a generous coating of Swiss C3 Superluminova on the handset and indices.

Powering the Sea Kraken is the ever-reliable GL224 automatic movement. It is essentially based on the renowned ETA 2824-2 or Selita SW200-1. It has 25/26 jewels, beats at 28,800 BPH and has a power reserve of 38 hours. This movement has endured the test of time and will be reliably ticking away for many years to come. Such reliable specification makes it a perfect watch to take it anywhere and do anything without worry.
