Oris Divers Date Blue |
First introduced in 1965, our first dive watch. We revived it in 2015, and for its 60th anniversary, it's back with a fresh new profile and amped-up performance. The Divers Date is a watch for all seasons, perfect for your everyday carry.
The stainless-steel case of the Oris Divers Date features satin brushed upper to give the watch a sporty appeal. Contrasting with a black ceramic bezel with polished edges and polished sides, it gives the watch great definition. To top it up, the Divers Date uses a scratch-proof double doomed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment for added toughness and clarity. The case size measures at 39mm in diameter, 12.1mm in thickness, 46mm from lug-to-lug - lending a versatile profile for both men and women for this iconic piece.

The idea behind the blue dial is to make the watch a versatile go-anywhere, do anything kind of watch. The applied hourly indices are accompanied by lume filled hands, ensuring ease of time reading. Balancing the watch beautifully is the "ORIS" written at the 12 and the date complication at the 6 which is accompanied by "SWISS MADE" and the water resistant specs. The seamless and iconic aesthetic of the watch makes it an easy pairing for any fashion style. A watch that will definitely catch many wandering eyes. The screwed in crown at 3'o clock allows for a good 200m water-resistant. With excellent spacing, this dial showcases great legibility, visible in any lighting.
The Divers Date is powered by the Oris's 733-1 automatic winding movement, which is based on SW200-1. It is a 26 jewelled movement that beats at 28800vph or 4Hz with a 41 hours power reserve. Oris puts an emphasis on accuracy under adverse conditions, ensuring reliability whilst on adventures. All whilst being held together with an exhibition screw down caseback, showcasing the movement in full view.

The Divers Date comes with a classic 3-link stainless steel bracelet with polished sides. The clasp is embossed with the Oris logo, topping up on that sporty elegance. Featuring upgraded links, the bracelets look more tapered, visually lighter and more contemporary all whilst maintaining the all familiar experience. Additional black straps are included for a sporty change.
Overall, the new Oris Divers Date Blue Ref. 01 733 7795 4055-Set makes its mark as another iconic diver with its universal dial design with a blue dial. With a minimalist touch, one can wear it at almost any event as a go-anywhere, do-anything kind of watch. With an excellent price point, one can find a watch with fine craftsmanship and all around iconic design.
