Return Policy |

With the exception of Straps, all watches comes with a return policy.
Only watches which are found to be faulty or dead on arrival can be returned within 3 days of receipt for an exchange. To be acceptable for a refund or exchange, the watch must not have been worn, altered or damaged in any way. This includes removal of bracelet links and protective stickers. Should they or their packaging be altered or damaged in any way, we will charge accordingly.
Should they meet the requirements above, we will ship out a replacement upon receiving the returned watch.
Items returned should be clearly labeled as "Goods returned under warranty".
Buyer bares all return postal charges.
Please do inform us before returning any item. |
