Ordering & Shipping

Orders are shipped within 3 working days from GNOMON WATCHES in Singapore City, Singapore - Monday - Friday for orders received before 2.00pm(GMT+8). Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.

During sales or special promotions, processing may take longer.

In all cases, GNOMON WATCHES reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order is not able to be shipped for reasons beyond control.

We offer a fully tracked and insured delivery service on all orders using an international DHL Express or FedEx delivery service. These will typically arrive at your destination within one week - sometimes even quicker than your own domestic delivery! We understand that courier shipping services can be expensive, so we are subsidising part of the shipping cost. Courier shipping starts from as low as $9.90!

An automated email will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. Delivery cost prices may vary dependant on your country and postcode/zip code and we may need to contact you after an order has been placed before shipment is processed.

A signature is required for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you do not receive the goods in person (i.e. for gift orders or where an item has been signed for by a concierge/reception desk) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

Every item bought from GNOMON WATCHES will be tested on our WITSCHI timing machine for accuracy and WITSCHI water resistant tester for water integrity before we ship. In the event that you received a damaged or wrong order, it must be reported to GNOMON WATCHES within 24 hours or next working day from the delivery date.

GNOMON WATCHES ships worldwide using Singpost Airmail, DHL Express, FedEx delivery depending on shipping option chosen during checkout.

GNOMON WATCHES reserve the rights to ship DHL Express orders via FedEx or vice versa for out of boundary locations or locations deemed unsafe. No written consent necessary on our part.

GNOMON WATCHES reserve the rights to ship Singpost Airmail orders via DHL Express or FedEx for locations we deem unsafe to ship using Singpost Airmail.

SHORTAGES AND DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT

Any shortages or damages must be reported to GNOMON WATCHES within 24 hours or next working day from the delivery date.

WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Yes you will. An email with the order details will be sent to you automatically once an order is placed. An automated email will also be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. 

PRE-ORDER MERCHANDISE: SHIPMENT IS UPON THE ARRIVAL OF THE MERCHANDISE

Pre-Orders are debited and invoiced the day of Order Placement. Shipment will be the day that the merchandise arrives. Pre-Orders are confirmed orders and as such they are not refundable.

Australia and Oceania: 7-28 days
Africa and the Middle East: 14-28 days
Canada: Up to 6 weeks due to customs. Please use DHL Express if urgent.

*All transit time quoted are quoted according to working days and estimated by DHL Express, FedEx, Singpost Airmail. Working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and public holidays in most destinations. 

In rare cases, it may take up to 21 working days for orders to be delivered. Should you need the items urgently (eg. birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, etc) we offer DHL Express and FedEx courier which is a guaranteed service.

GNOMON WATCHES shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of GNOMON WATCHES.
